À propos de l'intervenant

Mariana is Brazilian and mother of two five-year-old girls born in Paris. She started practising yoga on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in 2017. From a simple physical activity, yoga became a philosophy of life for her. Graduated from the Gérard Arnaud Yoga School in Paris, presence, balance, and self-acceptance are some of the values incorporated into her practice. With children, she will propose a playful meeting, mixing postures, relaxation, and lots of Brazilian music, one of her many passions!
