Depending on the dates, it will either be Iris or Mariana. Iris is a French-American artist and the mother of an 11-year-old boy. She studied art at L’ESAG Penninghen and the Academy Charpentier in Paris before moving to the US (NYC and LA). For the past 12 years, she has also pursued studies and training in psychotherapy, meditation, and yoga. Iris now teaches a unique technique that combines art and mindfulness. is Brazilian and mother of two five-year-old girls born in Paris. She started practising yoga on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in 2017. From a simple physical activity, yoga became a philosophy of life for her. Graduated from the Gérard Arnaud Yoga School in Paris, presence, balance, and self-acceptance are some of the values incorporated into her practice. With children, she will propose a playful meeting, mixing postures, relaxation, and lots of Brazilian music, one of her many passions!
